[Tutorial] How to flash Samsung Galaxy S4 TouchWiz 5 launcher on any Android device

Samsung Galaxy S4 is flooded with plethora of very high end features. One such high end feature is its Touchwiz 5 launcher. This feature has derived lots of Android user crazy about Galaxy S4. But now you can install TouchWiz 5 launcher on any of your Android device. I know for the very first time it is quite hard to believe but you are reading it correctly. This launcher will transform your non-TouchWiz device to a TouchWiz machine where everything will run smoothly and will become responsive with better speed.

Here I am going to discuss a very simple tutorial which will install Galaxy S4 similar launcher on any Android device. This launcher is developed by an XDA developer Linq’z QIrls’z Chinese. He have already tested it on lots of android devices which includes CM10, CM10.1, MIUI, AOKP, Paranoid etc This launcher has successfully worked with all the ROMs.

In order to apply this launcher, you need to root your smartphone. Please don’t try it on un-rooted device. Rooting will void your warranty and it may also lead to some serious hazards like bricking. So please decide carefully. So here I am considering that you have already rooted your device prior to launcher flashing procedure. Main Tutorial
1. Download the Galaxy S4 launcher kit on your computer. Please download that kit which is compatible with your smartphone’s resolution:
• 1280x720 resolution (XHDP)
• 480x800 (HDPI)
• 320x480 (MDPI)
• 240x320 (LDPI)
2. Now move the downloaded kit to your mobile via USB cable. Please place this kit openly in SD card. Don’t use any folder for it.
3. Now go to recovery mode and make a backup. You may take help of Rom Manager App (Play Store) for recovery booting.
4. Perform Wipe dalvik cache option from Advanced menu.
5. Now select Install Zip from SD card and choose the downloaded launcher kit.
6. Again perform the Wipe dalvik cache action.

Now when you will touch the home key for the very first time, you will receive a TouchWiz launcher option. Follow onscreen instruction thereafter.

That’s it! Now reboot your mobile and start enjoying the Galaxy S4 similar launcher on your normal Android smartphone.
