How to update Micromax A116 Canvas HD with Jellydeamon V2.0 ROM

Now you can install Jellydeamon V2.0 ROM on Micromax A116 Canvas HD. It is a custom ROM which is based on Android 4.2 Jellybean environment. This ROM wraps some of the best features for MMX A116. However you get some troubles with flickering which was also seen in other custom ROMs. But still if you want to try something new then Jellydeamon can be a good option.

This ROM comes with various features. It enables users to use full customization options. Mean you can customize each and every option in your Canvas HD which means a lot. It applies latest Google Apps and some improved tweaks which are ready to transform your Canvas HD to a super smooth machine. Above all this ROM is having all the Android 4.2 Jellybean features inside which improve each and every corner of software part.

This ROM is surely better than the Stock ROM but there are still some doubts regarding whether it is good then other Custom ROMs like Lewa etc. Also if you have applied official Android 4.2.2 ROM in your Canvas HD then forget about it. This ROM is just for geeks who want to test something new.

Main Process
Main process is divided in two parts:

Step I: Downloads
Download these files to computer:
• Jellydeamon ROM Kit
• GApps
Move both the files to Canvas HS SD card.

STEP II: Main Tutorial
So once you have followed all pre-requisites, have downloaded above files, you can head further for main procedure. Main procedure consists of 5-6 normal steps. You can read all those steps from here.

In the main procedure, you will need to boot to recovery menu. So to boot Canvas HD to recovery menu, first turn it OFF and then turn it ON with holding Power + Vol. Up keys simultaneously. You will be able to apply all the changes and modifications in this recovery mode only.
