How to update Galaxy S3 with XXUFMB3 firmware based Android 4.2.1 ROM

This ROM can be applied with Odin widget. For better understanding and avoiding most of the confusions, I am dividing the complete tutorial in 3 parts. How to boot to download mode:
Switch OFF your phone. Now press and hold Vol. Down + Center keys together. While holding both the keys press power button till you receive notification about Download Mode.
