How to Root and Unblock HTC One M8 Smartphone (all variants)

7. Now enter Fastboot oem get_identifier_token command. This command will unveil a token that you need to copy to official website copy everything starting from <<<< Identifier Token Start >>>> to <<<< Identifier Token End >>>>.
8. Head over to Dev website and insert the token number in token box. Once you submit the token, you will receive the unlock code in your email.
9. Open your email and download the unlock code file to computer.
10. Open the downloaded unlock file. Keep pressing shift and then right click on some empty location in the unlock folder.
11. Open Command Prompt and enter fastboot flash unlocktoken Unclock_code.bin command.
