Official Android 4.1 Jellybean update for Sony Xperia S, SL and Acro S Smartphones

Keeping all the promises up, Sony is bringing Official Android 4.1 Jellybean updates for three Xperia Models. The Xperia models which have received the latest Android update are:
• Xperia S
• Xperia SL
• Xperia acro S

Last month, they had officially confirmed that they will bring Android updates for most of their Xperia devices. All the three pieces were listed in that list also.

Whenever it will reach to your destination, you will receive one notification about update. After this you need to follow some onscreen instructions and that’s it.

It will also be available via PC Companion on Windows/Bridge for Mac users exclusively but better to wait for OTA coverage. You may also ask your nearby service center for live status of this update (though they are not ordered to do so).

TIPS
Being and official update t don’t have any issues with phone’s security but still as a safety factor, please backup your important data through some backup app from play Store. Also try this update in presence of fast Wi-Fi only.
