Micromax A92 Canvas Lite launched with very usual specs

One new Canvas phablet is available in market now. I am not talking about the much awaited Canvas 4 but here I am discussing about Canvas A92 Canvas Lite which has just made its first appearance on e-commerce store Flipkart.

Micromax has again opted the usual dual core processor with standard Jellybean OS. The sequence of dual core phablets from MMX, reminds me Nokia who launched series of similar featured phones about 2-3 years ago. That move almost vanished Nokia out of the market but luckily they invested in Lumina series (with variation) and today they are again on their previous position. It seems that Micromax is also going to repeat the same mistake. Hopefully they will take a lesson from Nokia and will come with unique featured phones.

Micromax currently has 4-5 dual core phablets in its base and only one single quad core phablets (Canvas HD). It is enough to show where they are lacking now. If they continued to move the same way, then are surely going to get some tough time from other vendors like Karbonn, Lava etc. Now let we discuss about A92 Canvas Lite.

MMX A92 Canvas Lite specs
As I said above, MMX has repeated most of the Canvas phablet specs in A92 Lite. It comes with 5 inch 480x854 pixels IPS screen with 1 GHz dual core processor and Android 4.1 Jellybean. No new things are there in this list.

Like all other Canvas phablets, it too is a dual Sim device with 5 MP AF LED rear primary camera. 512 MB RAM, 4 GB ROM is there inside.

Connectivity specs are similar to all other dual core canvas phablets. It comes with 2000 mAh battery which is again there in most of the Canvas phablets.

Price and availability
Canvas A92 Lite is priced at Rs. 8,499 tag and you can buy tit form various online as well as offline stores.

Final words
Really saying then, Micromax disappoints with such gadgets. Means when they are already having similar gadgets with exact similar specs then what is the meaning of launching one more similar phone.

Talking about Rivals then it will have to compete with its own neighbors like Canvas Viva, A88 Canvas Music, canvas 2 etc. Also please check dual core phablets from companies like Karbonn and Lava. They will too stand against 92 Lite perfectly.
