Micomax A116 Canvas HD VS UMI X2, with winner details

Hope you are well aware Micromax A116 Canvas HD. but if not then let me quickly introduce this phone/phablet again. MMX A116 is a 5 cinch phablet that comes with Android JB OS and quad core processor. It went on record sale just after its launch when its first 9000 units were got sold in just 24 hours. It was a new record for Micromax. After A116, many other well-known tech firms tried their hands to get close to it but no one was successful. They were lacking somewhere in some specs. But here finally comes the gadget that can really give a head to head fight to Canvas HD.

I am talking about UMI X2. It is also a 5 inch phablet which comes with very similar features like A116. Here in this article I am going to compare MMX A116 and UMI X2 and at the end I will drop my views in form of winner details.

AT first let me compare both the companies. Micromax has built a healthy relationship with all its customers. They have built their own set of audience who believe MMX from heart. Past 1-2 years they have grown up like anything and today is the scenario when they are covering every part of India. You may find MMX Customer Support Offices in almost every part of India. On the other side, UMI is a new name for Indian audience which hardly has covered big-big cities all across India. They have not covered India like MMX so Micromax wins this race over UMI (in terms of customer support and reliability). Now let me compare both the products from features end.

Oh My God! What a feature packed mobile UMI X2 is. Canvas 2 stands nowhere close to it. I have done lots of comparisons of A116 9even with giants like Galaxy Grand, S3 etc) but every time A116 has proved its worth. But for the very first time some product has defeated it.

From specs and above table it is very much clear that UMI X2 is better choice than A116. However it is a new company (at least in India) so you may find some problems with its customer support. If I have to choose between UNI X2 and A116 then I will definitely go with UMI X2.
